Carly Barber - CEO/PresidentCarly has been in the entertainment equipment rental business for over 20 years, here in the US and originally in the UK. Carly commenced her career as a camera truck driver, and worked her way through the ranks, with experience out on production in the UK, and extensive experience managing rental operations here in the US. She was President of Hollywood Rental Company for several years until she left to start Illumination Dynamics. This experience has given her an immense understanding of the entertainment equipment rental business. Her knowledge includes everything from customer needs and expectations, to the details of operations and administration required to operate a successful company that will be an industry leader. Carly is one of the co-founders and Chairperson of the Board of Illumination Dynamics; she is dedicated to integrity in relationships with customers, employees and vendors.
